Franc Declines Ahead Of Swiss Unemployment Report

(RTTNews) - Switzerland's unemployment report for August is due out at 1:45 am ET. The seasonally adjusted jobless rate is expected to have risen 2.9 percent in the month, unchanged from July.
The Swiss franc drifted lower against its major opponents ahead of the report. As of 1:40 am ET, the franc was trading at 0.9545 against the US dollar, 1.5210 against the pound, 1.2064 against the euro and 82.73 against the yen.
