European Economics Preview: Swiss GDP, UK Construction PMI Data Due

(RTTNews) - Quarterly national accounts from Switzerland and Purchasing Managers' survey results from the U.K. are due on Tuesday.
At 1.45 am ET, the Federal Statistical Office is slated to release Swiss GDP data for the second quarter. Economists forecast the economy to expand 0.2 percent sequentially after growing 0.7 percent in the first quarter.
At 3.00 am ET, Romania's producer prices for July are due. Producer prices were up 5.8 percent year-on-year in June.
Markit Economics is scheduled to publish U.K. construction PMI at 4.30 am ET. The construction PMI is seen easing to 50 in August from 50.9 in July.
Eurozone producer prices are due at 5.00 am ET. Producer price inflation is forecast to fall to 1.6 percent in July from 1.8 percent in June. Month-on-month, producer prices are expected to rise 0.2 percent.
