Yen Weakens Against Majors

(RTTNews) - The Japanese yen lost ground against other major currencies in the early European session on Tuesday.

The yen fell to a new multi-month low of 64.64 against the kiwi, 4-day low of 83.50 against the aussie, new multi-week lows of 82.09 against the franc, 125.18 against the pound and 98.54 against the euro.

Presently, the yen is trading at 80.53 against the loonie, compared to yesterday's close of 80.37.

Against the greenback, the yen eased from a 4-day high of 79.28 and the pair is now trading at 79.42.
