Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. fell $.14 or .4 percent, to $37.39.

Hospira rose $.09 or .3 percent, to $29.75.

Johnson & Johnson rose $.27 or .3 percent, to $78.02.

Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.23 or .4 percent, to $55.12.

Merck fell $.14 or .3 percent, to $43.13.

Pfizer fell $.13 or .4 percent, to $28.15.
