Carnival fell $.48 or 1.3 percent, to $35.76.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. fell $.47 or .9 percent, to $51.99.

MGM Resorts International fell $.01 or .1 percent, to $12.43.

Marriott International Inc. rose $.42 or 1.1 percent, to $39.78.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. fell $.33 or .9 percent, to $34.03.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. rose $1.67 or 2.8 percent, to $62.07.

Wynn Resorts fell $.40 or .3 percent, to $116.81.
