Amazon fell $6.82 or 2.9 percent, to $231.42.

eBay fell $1.21 or 2.4 percent, to $48.30.

Google rose $2.43 or .4 percent, to $677.58.

Groupon Inc. fell $.35 or 7.7 percent, to $4.13.

LinkedIn Corp. rose $1.49 or 1.4 percent, to $106.04.

Yahoo fell $.11 or .7 percent, to $16.68.

Zynga Inc. fell $.09 or 3.9 percent, to $2.22.
