(AP:NEW YORK) Shares of some top leisure companies were mixed at the close of trading:

Carnival rose $.25 or .6 percent, to $38.81.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. fell $.09 or .2 percent, to $46.05.

MGM Resorts International rose $.25 or 2.3 percent, to $11.17.

Marriott International Inc. rose $.10 or .3 percent, to $38.89.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. rose $.27 or .8 percent, to $32.57.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. rose $.18 or .3 percent, to $57.64.

Wynn Resorts fell $.65 or .5 percent, to $118.30.
