Baxter International Inc. fell $.29 or .5 percent, to $60.48.

Boston Scientific Corp. rose $.04 or .7 percent, to $5.82.

Johnson & Johnson fell $.52 or .8 percent, to $68.47.

Medtronic rose $.75 or 1.8 percent, to $43.05.

St. Jude Medical Inc. rose $1.29 or 3.2 percent, to $41.91.

Stryker rose $.82 or 1.5 percent, to $56.01.

Zimmer Holdings Inc. rose $.27 or .4 percent, to $66.90.
