(AP:NEW YORK) Shares of some top big-box retail companies were up at the close of trading:
Costco Wholesale Corp. rose $1.86 or 1.8 percent, to $102.75.
Target rose $.68 or 1.1 percent, to $65.06.
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. rose $1.07 or 1.4 percent, to $75.14.
