Cigna Corp. fell $.43 or .9 percent, to $49.71.
Coventry Health Care Inc. rose $.12 or .3 percent, to $43.46.
Humana Inc. fell $.51 or .7 percent, to $74.82.
UnitedHealth Group fell $.59 or 1.0 percent, to $57.07.
WellPoint fell $.96 or 1.5 percent, to $61.83.
