Consolidated Edison Inc. Holding Co. rose $.25 or .4 percent, to $59.35.

Dominion Resources Inc. rose $.15 or .3 percent, to $52.85.

Duke Energy Corp. rose $.01 or percent, to $64.09.

Exelon rose $.40 or 1.1 percent, to $35.78.

PG&E rose $.10 or .2 percent, to $42.69.

Southern Co. rose $.26 or .6 percent, to $45.52.
