Baxter International Inc. fell $.21 or .3 percent, to $60.80.

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. rose $.04 or .1 percent, to $33.65.

Hospira fell $.20 or .6 percent, to $34.43.

Johnson & Johnson fell $.14 or .2 percent, to $68.93.

Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.09 or .2 percent, to $47.37.

Merck rose $.03 or .1 percent, to $44.94.

Pfizer rose $.04 or .1 percent, to $24.55.
