Amazon fell $3.66 or 1.4 percent, to $253.81.

eBay unchanged at $49.47.

Google rose $6.02 or .8 percent, to $740.01.

Groupon Inc. fell $.05 or .9 percent, to $5.23.

LinkedIn Corp. fell $.26 or .2 percent, to $122.58.

Yahoo fell $.08 or .5 percent, to $15.66.

Zynga Inc. fell $.11 or 3.2 percent, to $3.13.
