Johnson & Johnson fell $.11 or .2 percent, to $68.49.

Medtronic rose $.16 or .4 percent, to $42.99.

St. Jude Medical Inc. fell $.52 or 1.2 percent, to $42.47.

Stryker fell $.43 or .8 percent, to $55.46.

Zimmer Holdings Inc. fell $.53 or .8 percent, to $66.61.
