(AP:NEW YORK) Shares of some top pharmaceuticals companies were mixed at the close of trading:

Baxter International Inc. rose $.14 or .2 percent, to $59.18.

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. fell $.20 or .6 percent, to $33.30.

Hospira rose $.55 or 1.6 percent, to $34.97.

Johnson & Johnson rose $.04 or .1 percent, to $67.88.

Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.16 or .3 percent, to $46.65.

Merck fell $.19 or .4 percent, to $44.05.

Pfizer fell $.10 or .4 percent, to $24.24.
