Clorox rose $.25 or .3 percent, to $73.12.

Colgate-Palmolive Co. rose $.79 or .7 percent, to $107.17.

Kimberly-Clark Corp. rose $1.60 or 1.9 percent, to $87.32.

Procter & Gamble Co. rose $.53 or .8 percent, to $65.09.
