ACE L rose $.01 or percent, to $73.65.

Aflac Inc. fell $.25 or .5 percent, to $46.08.

American International Group fell $.26 or .8 percent, to $33.68.

MBIA fell $.08 or .7 percent, to $10.85.

MGIC Investments Corp. fell $.01 or 1.2 percent, to $1.20.

MetLife fell $.25 or .7 percent, to $33.93.

XL Group PLC fell $.14 or .6 percent, to $22.91.
