Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. rose $.03 or 1.1 percent, to $2.67.
Lennar Corp. rose $.33 or 1.0 percent, to $32.74.
Pulte Homes Inc. fell $.22 or 1.6 percent, to $13.38.
