Carnival rose $.14 or .4 percent, to $34.14.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. rose $.25 or .6 percent, to $41.43.

MGM Resorts International rose $.15 or 1.4 percent, to $10.52.

Marriott International Inc. rose $.24 or .6 percent, to $38.05.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. rose $.32 or 1.2 percent, to $26.21.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. fell $.24 or .4 percent, to $55.01.

Wynn Resorts rose $.56 or .5 percent, to $104.80.
