Baxter International Inc. fell $.27 or .5 percent, to $58.66.

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. fell $.05 or .2 percent, to $32.59.

Hospira rose $.01 or percent, to $34.60.

Johnson & Johnson fell $.28 or .4 percent, to $68.84.

Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.44 or 1.0 percent, to $43.71.

Merck rose $.34 or .8 percent, to $44.49.

Pfizer fell $.02 or .1 percent, to $24.26.
