Micron Technology Inc. rose 3.8 percent to $6.57 with 26,713,200 shares traded.

Microsoft Corp. rose .7 percent to $29.95 with 26,741,000 shares traded.

News Corp A rose .6 percent to $23.60 with 21,830,500 shares traded.

ON Semiconductor Corp. rose 2.4 percent to $6.52 with 23,872,000 shares traded.
