Sohu.com Inc. rose 17.8 percent to $40.86.

Reeds Inc. rose 17.1 percent to $5.00.

ChemoCentryx Inc. rose 15.6 percent to $14.54.

ViroPharma Inc. rose 14.0 percent to $22.66.

Gentiva Health Services Inc. rose 12.1 percent to $7.92.

United Fire Group Inc. rose 11.8 percent to $20.98.

First Solar Inc. rose 11.7 percent to $19.06.

Aruba Networks rose 11.6 percent to $14.73.
