(AP:NEW YORK) Shares of some top banks companies were mixed at the close of trading:

Bank of America Corp. rose $.21 or 2.8 percent, to $7.64.

Citigroup Inc. rose $1.16 or 4.2 percent, to $28.56.

Goldman Sachs rose $1.04 or 1.0 percent, to $102.02.

JPMorgan Chase rose $.21 or .6 percent, to $36.30.

Morgan Stanley rose $.36 or 2.6 percent, to $14.14.

US Bank fell $.48 or 1.4 percent, to $33.01.

Wells Fargo fell $.34 or 1.0 percent, to $34.00.
