Hospira fell $.34 or 1.0 percent, to $34.74.

Johnson & Johnson fell $.01 or percent, to $69.51.

Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.37 or .8 percent, to $44.00.

Merck fell $.56 or 1.2 percent, to $44.54.

Pfizer fell $.18 or .7 percent, to $23.65.
