(AP:NEW YORK) Shares of some top department store retail companies are mixed at 10 a.m.:

Kohl's Corp. rose $.04 or .1 percent, to $49.02.

Macy's Inc. fell $.22 or .6 percent, to $33.97.

Nordstrom rose $.01 or percent, to $52.49.

J.C. Penney Co. rose $.08 or .4 percent, to $19.33.

Saks fell $.25 or 2.4 percent, to $10.02.

Sears Holdings Corp. rose $.28 or .5 percent, to $54.09.

TJX Companies fell $.06 or .1 percent, to $45.01.
